The story behind Kneaded by Karoline began when I recently discovered sourdough bread and absolutely fell in love with it. This is something I enjoy doing so much more than I imagined. As a small business, I pride myself on personal attention and dedication to every detail. My approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything I do reflects my commitment to excellence.

What makes Kneaded by Karoline different is that I don't consider this work. I do it because I enjoy it and I want people to get to experience real homemade bread. My core values are my love and care for others and my nurturing and caring spirit. 

Some fun facts about us:

•I only use homemade butter and farm fresh eggs 

•My sourdough starters name is Clint Yeastwood

•I made my first starter in March '25

•My favorite recipe is discard bagels
